			<TXT>On preliminary examination, the Commission finds that the requests pursuant to Article 22 of Regulation (EEC) No 4064/89 are admissible, as they meet the requirements laid down by this provision. On 27 February 2002, the joint request became complete within the meaning of Article 10(1) of the Regulation, following the receipt of the complete information.</TXT>

			<TXT>The Commission invites interested third parties to submit their possible observations on the proposed operation.</TXT>
