By Decision of 7 March 2002, the Commission has decided that, as from that date:

the persons whose names are listed in Annex I and who are appointed, by Commission Decision 2001/238/EC, Euratom

OJ L 85, 24.3.2001, p. 30.

, members of the expert groups set up by Decision 98/610/EC, Euratom

OJ L 290, 29.10.1998, p. 57.

, as amended by Decision 1999/506/EC, Euratom

OJ L 194, 27.7.1999, p. 65.

 are no longer members of those groups,

the persons whose names are listed in Annex II are appointed members of the expert groups set up by Decision 98/610/EC, Euratom, as amened by Decision 1999/506/EC, Euratom, until 31 December 2002,

the person whose name is listed in Annex III is appointed Chairman of the expert group referred to in that Annex,

the persons referred to in subparagraphs 2 and 3 are obliged to comply with the requirements of independence and confidentiality appearing in Annex III to Decision 2001/238/EC, Euratom.
